Introducing Confyde

Confyde allows LEAN LIUNA peer support specialists to check in on their members on a regular basis, and help open conversations early, before challenges become an issue.

How We Can Support LEAN LIUNA

Level 1

Not yet applicable for Confyde due to no peer support programs in place.

Level 2

Not yet ready for Confyde as they are still establishing their peer support program.

Level 3

Confyde can assist your Level 3 peer support program.Part-time / volunteer peer support specialists can use Confyde to check-in on and provide support to their members.Due to these support personnel being part-time or volunteers, their ability to support can be impeded by time constraints, and so utilizing Confyde will allow them to provide timely support at scale, and devote their time to where (and who) it is needed most.

Level 4

Confyde can enhance your Level 4 peer support program.Full-time peer support specialists can use Confyde to enhance their existing program by providing an easy way for their members to reach out for support, by gathering and interpreting mental health data, and through the ability to provide support to those who are struggling, but aren't necessarily seeking support.

Customized Resources

Tailor LHSFNA's specific mental health resources within our platform for members to view and access, ensuring your mental health information is streamlined.

Customized Platform

Mental health check-in's provide you with data on your members. We can work with you to customize our mental health check-in questionnaire so that you gather the specific data that you wish to see.

Dedicated Platform

We know it can be challenging with contractors. One day they're on one job site, the next they're somewhere else.We can provide a dedicated platform for your members to ensure an easy transition from one job site (or company) to the next.

We Help Solve The Challenges

Stigma

It's hard to go up to someone with many others around on a job site and say "I'm struggling." Through our confidential mental health check-in's, users can seek support anonymously, without fear or stigma.

Help Is Sought Too Late

Confyde opens up conversations early, by allowing you to check-in regularly and provide support before it's too late.

Invisible Symptoms

Through the data provided from mental health check-in's, you can pinpoint the factors that are affecting mental health and job performance, and begin to support.

The missing link

Following the provision of education and resources, and before the utilization of EAPs and other services, Confyde provides the missing link to help support worker mental health and well-being, and enhance your peer support program.

Benefits

Confidential

Users can anonymously report their mental health status and the reasons why.

De-Stigmatize

Reaching out for help can be hard - we make it easy by allowing members to confidentially reach out to designated peer support specialists to talk.

Manage Proactively

Confyde arms you with the tools to catch issues before they affect outcomes, allowing you to intervene early and ensure your workforce stays healthy, engaged, and productive, as well as helping to reduce suicide and mental health departures.

Financial

A suicide or mental health departure often results in prolonged vacancies, reduced output, and project delays. In the US, it’s estimated that companies incur more than $1 million per worker lost to suicide (Source: RLB, Thompson). In addition, replacing a skilled worker can cost 1.5-2x their annual salary (Source: SHRM).
